Hot Artichoke/ Spinach Dip
1 large can artichoke hearts(5 1/2 #). Quarter artichokes. 3 ½ cups chopped frozen spinach. Pat dry with towel. 7 cups mayonnaise 5 cups grated parmesan 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella 1 T crushed pepper flakes. 1 T salt 1 T plus 1 tsp garlic 1 ½ tsp black pepper.
Mix all ingredients except for artichoke hearts. Fold artichoke hearts into mixture to keep artichokes intact. Spoon mixture into ramekins and cover with plastic.
Bake in convection oven for 7 minutes. Serve with garlic toasts or pita chips.
