Key Lime Pie

1 1/2 cup sugar
2T Flour
4 Eggs
4 Egg Yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup lime juice + zest from 1 lime
1 cup heavy cream

Combine sugar, flour & cream in sauce pan .

Bring to boil. Add Vanilla Lime juice & Zest.

Add mixture slowly into eggs to temper.  Return to sauce pan and whisk to blend.

Strain through fine strainer.

Put into graham cracker shells & bake 35-40 min @ 350 degrees.
